Hi well i am new to this site having just relocated to ipswich and was trawling net for a local mini club and happened to come across you guys I currently own a 1988 red hot ( which is still back at home in telford shropshire but am tryin to sort out gettting her to ipswich she is currently awaiting the dreaded MOT but with moving i have have had to postpone this but am workng on this and hoping to get it on the road as soon as i can As want to do some shows in her this year)
I came across to aldeburgh on the 19th to view some of the minis and spoke to a few people about there minis and just wanted to say you were all very friendly bunch and would like to know how i go about joining your club once my mini is up and running? any help would be greatfully received
also does anybody know where i could hire a trailer suitable to put a mini on the back to bring her across as am really struggling with this as not totally sure what kind trailer i need some people have told me a flat bed othewrers have said an A frame would be better but im not afraid to admit I hav no idea about theses sort things thanking you in advance MINIRAT

A frame might not be a good idea, i was a green flag member and when i needed them they wouldnt put a mini on an Aframe because the it would hit the tie bars etc had to wait for a low loader.

YOu've made the first step by joining the fourum, we have regular meets in Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambs & Herts and you're welcome to go to all / any of them .

If you want to join as a full club member, it costs £15 for your first year (£10 renewal) and gets you priority on club stands and discounts with many different mini/motor related organisations
